We had contacted another repair company who failed to follow-up or even show up. Precision Garage Door Sacramento Valley was responsive and on time. Nicholas Schwinger provided excellent customer service; was very friendly and knowledgeable; found additional defects in our system and addressed them accordingly. Even adjusted our garage door opener and provided suggestions on how to extend the life of the garage door on our own.

Brandon Taylor was assigned to our maintenance request and even called ahead to request permission to arrive a bit early; to which we readily agreed. After examining our 20 y.o. opener (which was not up to code, btw), we both agreed a new opener was probably in order. He explained the alternative opener choices, including pros & cons of each and the pricing options (including a veteran's discount). Installing the new opener, Brandon worked quickly and efficiently. He was, at all times, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We live in a senior community with over 900 homes. If someone asks me if I know a good garage door repair company, Precision will be my First and Only recommendation.

Nathaniel was very professional and explained that we that our noisy issue was not the garage door opener, but the 27yr old parts and the wrong size spring (prior quick fix) that was the cause. we now have quiet garage door and saved money too.

Of course, it was an emergency, with both cars trapped when the spring broke (again). Precision was able to schedule a visit in a few hours and Ahmed was on site as planned. He did a complete check of the door, provided detailed explanation of the situation and offered tiered options. He had all the parts on hand, and was able to get us back on line. I had a wonderful experience beginning with the representative answering the phone, listening and understanding my request and explaining the process for either repairing the garage door and/or replacing the door. Travis was the representative who assisted in repairing my garage door. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, gave me scenarios for a Plan A or Plan B or C. He was very patient and took time to walk me through the process for the repairs. He was wonderful!!!! Give this man a promotion! The garage door repairs look and are working fantastically! Our service tech Andre arrived early and finished the dual spring/cable/pulley installation in less time estimated. He even took the time to add an extra screw to a roller bracket and show me how to change out the door rollers myself. Consummate professional from start to finish...Highly recommended!

I was desperate to get my car out of the garage after the coil broke and bent the frame that carried the chain drive. Ahmed came to my rescue and performed an outstanding job correcting my problem. He identified and explained everything that was needed and why. Although a costly fix, what could I expect from a forty year old motor and frame? I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome.
