I called Precision and able to get same day appt. Ersell Williams was my tech, very professional and thorough with his explanation of what the problem was and the repairs needed. The quote was a fair price and he completed the job within 2 hours, garage door works better now than before needing the repair. I would recommend Ersell to anyone who needs a repair or new garage door. Very happy with the experience.

Ersell came out to fix and adjust my garage door opener which was out of alignment and needed the limiters adjusted. This caused the door to begin sagging when open. The door made terrible noises and was jumping in it's track. Ersell knew right away and diagnosed the issue corrected it and showed me the issue I was having. Ersell could not have been more engaged and thorough. It was a pleasure to have a service tech that was dedicated to repairing and solving my issue. Precision is my new door company!! Thanks Ersell!!!

I called Precision today to get my garage door spring replaced. They were able to send someone out today to evaluate the problem. Brandon was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the issues and how each part was functioning and how they should function. I agreed to have the necessary repairs completed. Our garage door came unsprung this morning (Sunday) and we were unable to close the door. I called Precision based on other reviews. Within 2 hours Brandon arrived and fixed all of the issues. Wow!...called last night and they were here at 8 this morning. Robert Taylor was very helpful in explaining the issues we had with our main garage door. Lots of little things and some parts replaced and Wow! again. It works smoothly and quieter than before. They use high quality replacement parts that Robert replaced. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. We will be sure to use them again if we need service for our garage door.

Technician was thorough in cost breakdown and various options. Thought the cost was a quite pricy. However, workmanship was great so maybe the cost may be worth it. We'll find it how it holds out within the year. The garage door seems to work better and quieter.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix what I thought was a broken door opener remote. When the technician, Ersell Williams, looked at my system, he saw that there was more wrong than just the remote. He was very professional and showed me the broken/worn parts of my 27 year old garage door opener. There was no doubt that it needed to be replaced. He then showed me several options to replace the system, what each option would consist of, and their prices. He came back the next day to install my new system and I'm very pleased with it. Ersell was knowledgable, fast, and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

He showed me why I need things replaced soon instead of just trying to sell me things that are not even broken.
