We had both Nick and Gabriel help us with our garage door troubles. Nick was very helpful and came out to our house at 8/9PM to repair our door and place an order for a new door. Gabriel installed our new (beautiful) door and showed us all of the features of the opener. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend friends and family to this business.

Garage door was ordered in September with a "will be done in 3 days" guarantee. 2 Months (!) later, door arrived and when installer brought it, it was the wrong size; new door had to be ordered. New door was available 5 days before Christmas but then I wasn't available for a month. Door installed: weather stripping was: wrong color and installed half over a lock creating a moisture trap (wood rot guaranteed), and in 24 hours it was bubbling. New technician had to come "fix" it. 1 week later new door made horrendous noise (worse than the 60 year old door), new technician had to come. New technician "fixed" it but then also noticed the weather stripping. Offered to fix that within 2 weeks. ONE MONTH LATER: STILL NOT DONE. THIS IS NOW A 6 MONTH PROJECT FOR A GARAGE DOOR INSTALLATION. Decide carefully if this is the company to do your door.

Torsion coil broke. Two technicians from Precision came to our house. I asked them to replace both coils. They were also able to replace the noisy rollers and the torsion tube and cable and a couple of smaller parts. I was very happy with the results and the Lprice. Now we have a “like new” quiet door that will give us good service for many years.
