Prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent service! What I thought was going to be a simple tune-up turned out to a definite necessity for part repairs. I can’t believe how quietly and smoothly the garage door operates now. What prompted me to call for a check up was the company’s television ad. I am a relieved and happy customer.

Elias Bernard from Precision Garage Door Sacramento Valley did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. The door was Bent very bad when he arrived, but he quickly identified the major issues and completed the necessary repairs so we could safely access our garage again. Elias was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He worked quickly enough that I was still able to make it to work on time, which I truly appreciated. Thank you, Elias, for the excellent service and for getting our garage door working again. I highly recommend Elias and Precision Garage Door Sacramento Valley to anyone needing reliable and professional garage door repair!

We had them come out on a Sunday morning after our garage door wouldn't open because a spring had broken. They arrived within an hour of our call, which was greatly appreciated. After assessing the situation, we decided to replace the garage door opener as well as repair the other issues. The technician had everything needed on the truck, completed the work quickly, and had us back up and running in no time. We are very happy with both the product and the service. Professional, prompt, and efficient. We would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any future garage door service needs.

Did not receive invoice after payment for installation of new motor and controls. Have requested copy of invoice to be emailed but no response.

Thanks for installing my new garage door opener. This was not a simple remove and replacement. My old Lift Master was a few inches shorter than the new one. Getting the support brackets to line up was no easy task. Ron did an excellent job of problem solving to make it work. Ron worked non-stop until the job was done. The light is amazing and the new motor is so quiet. Thanks again!

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We contacted them on May 29, 2026, because the spring of our garage door split in half. Antonio was the service representative that evaluated and fixed our spring issue and more. He was friendly, professional, organized, efficient and detailed. He performed multiple points inspection of the garage door and provided his recommendations with options. We ended up getting high quality replacement part installations for our less than adequate original parts to include the springs, ball bearings, cable spools, and rollers. Antonio explained in detail the reasons/purpose for the replacements including information regarding their longevity, especially in prevention from further damage of garage door and motor. The installation process was efficient and organized. Upon completion, Antonio made sure the garage door opened and closed effectively with all that he replaced; and, he made sure all our garage remote controls were functional to include our outdoor key pad entry and auto garage controls. We are very pleased with Antonio's service.

The technician was very professional. He showed up ahead of schedule on a Sunday morning! He explained everything perfectly and made time to answer all of our questions. We originally called another company and both times their technician was a no show! I wanted to give that other company a chance, but after two no shows, we moved on. So glad we called Precision Garage Door of Sacramento!
