The technician, Elias Bernard did a very good job in a timely manner. He took care about cleaning, explaining the functioning and making sure I was satisfied. Elias is a very kind and friendly person. I recommend Elias no doubtful.

I set up an appointment using Precision’s website on my phone for the next day and they arrived promptly at the appointment time and replaced the opener within an hour.
