Garage door was ordered in September with a "will be done in 3 days" guarantee. 2 Months (!) later, door arrived and when installer brought it, it was the wrong size; new door had to be ordered. New door was available 5 days before Christmas but then I wasn't available for a month. Door installed: weather stripping was: wrong color and installed half over a lock creating a moisture trap (wood rot guaranteed), and in 24 hours it was bubbling. New technician had to come "fix" it. 1 week later new door made horrendous noise (worse than the 60 year old door), new technician had to come. New technician "fixed" it but then also noticed the weather stripping. Offered to fix that within 2 weeks. ONE MONTH LATER: STILL NOT DONE. THIS IS NOW A 6 MONTH PROJECT FOR A GARAGE DOOR INSTALLATION. Decide carefully if this is the company to do your door.

Our garage door suddenly slammed shut a couple of days ago and we had no idea what was going on but it wouldn't open anymore, we called Precision and they sent Mitchell out the same day and he was amazing! Gave us the low down of what was wrong and had options like tiers of what kind of services we could get to get our door functioning again. We agreed and he got to work, in the pouring rain! Torsion coil broke. Two technicians from Precision came to our house. I asked them to replace both coils. They were also able to replace the noisy rollers and the torsion tube and cable and a couple of smaller parts. I was very happy with the results and the Lprice. Now we have a “like new” quiet door that will give us good service for many years.
