Antonio called in advance letting me know when he would arrive. He was professional and did not try to upsell me on what was needed. Showed me areas of concern and explained why he thought those areas were important. I agreed to what I believe was a reasonable price and had him repair the garage door opener. After completing the tasks he went through the operation of the door opener and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. I would definitely use his services again. Chuck

Our experience with Caleb and Precision Garage Door was stellar from start to finish. Your receptionist (I think Rebecca) was friendly, polite and very helpful. Communications before the appointment were great, including a detailed confirmation, reminder and notifications day of appt that Caleb was on his way. Caleb was excellent - very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He repaired our issue very efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure our door was in excellent operating condition. I really appreciated that he provided multiple price options and was completely honest about the condition of my equipment instead of just pushing the most expensive fix. He was professional, efficient, and finished everything within a very reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend his services! We were so impressed with his professionalism and great service that we've already recommended him to my sister, who has an original 1962 wood garage door she will be replacing shortly.

I have no reference for Garage Door Service as it was not something that I have ever had to order before today (despite having the use of multiple different garages in the past). My Service Tech was competent and reasonable. He very quickly quoted the cost and gave the reasons why I might want to choose one option versus another. He was quick with his work and the process to pay was simple. In all it was probably one of the easier Home Services that I have had done in recent years.
