I received an appointment the very day that I called and the Technician was even early which was great, I called Precision because I had seen a Commercial and I was impressed with how friendly they seemed to be. Brandon was just like the Technician on the Commercial, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Amazing service. We had a broken spring in our garage that trapped our car. We called a real person at Precision and were quickly helped. Our technician, John Glasky, called us 45 minutes before he arrived and let us know that he was on the way. After discussing our 15-year-old-door system, we asked for, and received three options for repairing the door as well as replacing the door opener. There was NO PRESSURE and we choose the best option - basically upgrading the entire system. John was efficient and very neat. He explained the entire system to us. What a great experience!

Patrick was awesome. He was very efficient and professional courteous and a great communicator. Worked in a 100 plus degree garage and always had a smile on his face. Just like the ads in TV, the technicians had everything on the truck to bring my garage door back to life. And they were great at explaining all of the issues and how to address them. Plus they explained how to use the new opener. Also, options were explained clearly on which new opener would serve us best. Very professional crew. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Antonio Mendoza did a great job in resolving the issue with our garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with options if I did not want everything done right now. He called them the "good" and "better" options. Not sure about the pricing though because I didn't shop around but I am very satisfied with the final result.

Patrick Leahy was an excellent technician. He was able to listen to my system and figure out what services needed to be done. I needed new remotes for my garage door opener, so he tried four different universal remotes. None of them worked, so he found the link on Amazon so I could order the exact remotes for my garage door opener and program them. He performed maintenance work that I would have never thought of. He explained how "what I thought were just how it sounds" were grinding noises that could be remedied by lubricating the hinges and replacing the rollers. He also explained why the hinges needed to be lubricated to extend the life of the motor. Great technician!

I chose precision because I saw the ad. I knew that they have all equipment available when they come to do estimates. Most other vendors don't have parts available and I did not want to wait to get my garage door fixed. However I found them to be a little pricey. But the technician was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Service technician was very helpful and the job was done quickly. The service repair rates are extremely high. I had to approve the repair because it was the weekend. The invoice didn't show the 5% Military discount as I served back in the late 70's.

Just want to comment that Andrey did an excellent job fixing my garage door that had a broken spring. He replaced it with two springs since it is a doublewide door and replaced a number of rollers plus lubricating things. So he needs to receive 5 star rating on the great job he did. Jerry Hudson

I can't say the repair was inexpensive although I have no other estimates to compare to. But I will say that John, the service technician actually called me and arrived early. He was very professional and very friendly and completed the repair quickly. My garage door works great and much more quietly. Thank you.
