Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.

I am so pleased with the service provided today. My garage door opener was dying. It turns out there were many more issues that I was not aware. The technician explained everything in detail. My garage door had completely stopped working. The technician arrived promptly, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and offered me ways to fix it. He was done installing a new motor and rollers in no time. He examined well how to use the new equipment. I am very happy with my door and the service I received.

A little expensive but more than worth it. Found problems I would have never found until other major problems would have occurred. Anthony did a great job. Definitely use them again. The repair was great. Our door sounded like an elephant opening and closing. Now very quiet. He did a very good job in a short time. Showed up on time, very personable went beyond what Anthony had to do. Extremely happy. Definitely will use them again.

Came early and finished quickly. Did not explain the invoice, here sign and "good bye". Some parts of invoice not very clear, without the person explaining. Very friendly and completed the work quickly.

I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. I saw advertised Precision Garage Door and decided to give them a call. The add showed the staff doing the work and it wasn't a scripted add, which caught my attention. My call was answered quickly and they came out the next morning. When Parampreet arrived, he was very friendly, he did an inspection and gave me options along with costs before any work was started.
