Yesterday my garage door opener stopped working at the end of the day after business hours. I tried all the troubleshooting and inevitably went online and made an appointment for Precision Garage Door Service to respond and get it repaired/replaced. Holy Cow, Caleb Winchester, the Tech Associate responded FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING PER MY TIME REQUEST. IT WAS FABULOUS! Caleb explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. It was determined that I needed a new Garage Door Opener. He so efficiently and QUICKLY had me back to business in no time. Again, he explained EVERYTHING and got me back to a functioning garage door/opener/closer. THANKS SO MUCH CALEB. One of my garage doors cables came off the roller. I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician the same day! Antonio Mendoza was prompt and gave me a 30 minute heads up prior to arriving. He was very kind and respectful, he patiently evaluated the system, and performed very clean work. He went above and beyond, checking the entire system, as opposed to just focusing on the problem. He took his time, fixed the problem, and double checked his work. He even took the time to apply grease and spray onto my other garage door that did not have any problems to ensure it continued to function well. Brandon and Gabriel provided outstanding service from the initial consultation to installation to a follow up visit to address very minor issues with garage door. We live in San Francisco and needed a custom garage door for a small, old Victorian home. We were willing to go with a custom wood door, but were encouraged to go with an insulated steel door for safety and maintenance reasons, even though the recommended steel door was half the cost. The honesty, integrity, and professionalism of both gentlemen was very much appreciated. Terrific experience all around.

I called to have service on my garage door. I’ve seen the ads on TV. I got a call center and they called a technician 3 1/2 hours away to service my garage door or try to sell me everything under the sun even the kitchen sink. He called me to tell me that he was not gonna be able to make the appointment on time and asked what the problem was. I explained what the problem was and then he jumped into the sales pitch, trying to sell me everything they possibly could over the phone. I thought to myself what the hell is going on here I wouldn’t use this company for anything in the world. They’re the worst all they’re trying to do is sell you a new garage door, not repair. The one you’ve got in his eyes all he saw was dollar signs not to service the customer just to make a buck. They’re the worst buyer. Beware when using them.
