Great Job done by the Technician. He showed up first thing this morning, walked us through everything, did a great job with the repair of our garage door. Everything works great, nice repaired quiet door. Purchased the following, 218 Standard Black, 218 Standard red, ORB Bracket-operator arm bracket, loose Bearing-Knockout bearing, 81602W chain opener w/battery back-up-1/2 HP chain motor, 1R, 893 Max-remote, for reasonable price. Repairs and install of purchased pieces for the repair was done in timely matter. Great Job Nicholas Schwinger, thank you so much, John

My service provider was Nick. He was friendly, personable and also professional. He explained initially that he was going to do an evaluation and then offer me choices about proceeding. His advice was spot on and we proceeded. His time estimate was also spot on. When the work was completed me he invited me out to see the result. I was amazed at how smoothly and quietly everything worked. I think it was money well spent and Nick was a large part of my appreciation for a job well done.

My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.

I chose precision because I saw the ad. I knew that they have all equipment available when they come to do estimates. Most other vendors don't have parts available and I did not want to wait to get my garage door fixed. However I found them to be a little pricey. But the technician was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Nick, my technician was outstanding! He called me prior to the appointment, arrived when he said he would, and gave me expertise recommendations on products and equipments needed to help my garage door open smoothly and quietly. I was amazed at how the the new springs and rollers made all the difference in lightening the load or my garage door, and how these parts further enhanced the levels that my door could open and close without it feeling as if it weighed 300 lbs. We were very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional, our technician, Nicholas Schwinger, arrived promptly, was very friendly and pleasant, and did a good and careful job figuring out our problem. It appeared our garage door motor was dead, so we arranged to purchase a new one for $1,500, and Nick set about installing it. But partway through the job, he realized the motor actually still worked, and the problem was actually with the switch. So he put away all the new motor paraphernalia and instead fixed our switch for $124! It would have been easy for Nick to simply continue installing the new motor, and we are grateful for (and impressed by) his integrity in letting us know our problem was much smaller and cheaper to fix. We definitely will call him back when the motor actually DOES fail!
