Quick service for emergency call. They were able do get garage door on track. I did need a new door but there quote for the same exact door was $1,100 more compared to another company.

Nick, our installer, was absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and did excellent work. However, I have to be honest: the pricing was extremely high, even with discounts applied. Everyone I have talked to said you paid what?? We were charged over $1,300 for parts and labor on a single-car garage, with individual components like cables, rollers, and drums costing hundreds each. While the service includes a 3-year parts warranty, the prices felt far above market average. Great technician, but expect to pay top dollar.

Although I appreciate the promptness and the excellent service provided fixing the garage door, but, as retiree home owner with fixed income, next time the garage door needs to be repaired, I will spend some time looking for a company that providing good service, nevertheless, is less expensive.

Cable came off the door and wouldnt close. I needed someone right away. The tech came when they were supposed to. Was knowlegdable and nice. Be prepared to pay more than expected. They charge a flat rate. So just to put the cable back on, lubricate the door and adjust the lock it was $400. I recommend you shop around for a cheaper price. Definitely feel like i overpaid.

Good work but severely over priced. I needed my garage repaired in short order so went with them rather than getting more quotes (that was my bad!). Quoted me $1800 for 2 spring replacements and new rollers. Finished the job in 45 minutes. When I questioned the price for 45 minutes of work, he gave me $200 off. Parts are not that much!!! Having done my research after the fact, it should have been half that price! Technician was a nice guy, but their pricing is a major red flag! I won’t be referring or using them again.

I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

Came early and finished quickly. Did not explain the invoice, here sign and "good bye". Some parts of invoice not very clear, without the person explaining. Very friendly and completed the work quickly.

On January 20, 2024, I called Precision and made an appointment for estimate regarding garage door repair. This was on Sunday and Precision sent Andrey Brodskiy over to help me. He was very courteous and professional and gave me an honest estimate of my options for repair or replacement of parts, etc. Would highly recommend this company for all in my community. Get job done but way overpriced. My garage door spring was broken and garage door was jammed. My car was inside of garage so I was in a very vulnerable situation. I had no choice but go ahead use them.

Important note is the pricing for parts. The technician was going to re-install a cable that jumped loose. I wanted to purchase 2 new cables. The price was over $500. The cost to re-install the exiting cable was $140. The amount of work he performed to install the cable was no more than if they were 2 new cables. I would have paid the additional $60 for two new cables ( 5X home depot price). I would also included two spools for at least 4X home depot price. The final cost would have been $250. Instead you sold no parts, and that lost my recommendation and 5 stars.

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

What on the Internet and found your website. I made an appointment for the following day and I was quoted would cost approximately $119 to have the spring replaced and And $45 for the service charge. The technician came and quoted me Over $500 Dollars plus to have replace two bearings, plus the spring I know bearing Do not cost $150 each. Technician was here for a less than an hour
