My name is Travis. I am a Navy veteran, husband, and father of 3 grown adults. I've been in customer service for 30 years with a knack for fixing things. I believe in getting things fixed the right way the first time which will always save you in the long run. When something breaks I want to know why or what caused it to break that is why I'm perfectly suited to do this line of work. In my spare time I coach soccer and have done so for 20 years. I live to be of service in the community and at home.

Travis Behn arrived on time and after explaining the procedure for replacing the broken springs, went right to work. It took a little over an hour to install and check the door's working condition and he was finished. He was easy to talk to and it was a very pleasant experience!

Had a problem with my garage door on a Friday night, on website, thought i was leaving message to be contacted Monday, as not an emergency. This was around 11 PM on Friday night when I left message and was immediately contacted. And I was told they work on weekends and no additional charge for it. and was able to schedule someone to come out on my schedule the next day, after 12:30 PM. Travis was the tech that came out , very nice , friendly guy, was able to see problem right away and correctly noticed that nothing had been done maintenance wise (including lubrication) for over 30 years, My cable came off and spring was shot! He advised what I needed to do to get back in working condition and although it was much more than initially expected, but that was because it was not just getting the door back on track, but much more needed to do it right. He also said that although I caused the door to go off track, by putting something in the way of the door, that the condition of the spring and cables, it would have failed very shortly anyhow. We proceeded with the repairs, and the only repair not done, was replacement of all the wheels, (I had 7 new, but very old metal rollers) and Travis suggested that it would be okay , but better if I purchased newer , non metal rollers (sorry, spacing on that name), but I did have him but on new silicon wheels to the front / bottom of door, and after he repaired everything, Travis took the time to show me how to replace the wheels, and how to lubricate what parts need lubrication and how often. He did a great job. Very happy with it. door works better than it has in over 20 years, Highly recommend Travis, Very professional, competent , knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Thank You.

Just like the ads in TV, the technicians had everything on the truck to bring my garage door back to life. And they were great at explaining all of the issues and how to address them. Plus they explained how to use the new opener. Also, options were explained clearly on which new opener would serve us best. Very professional crew. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Travis carefully gave me every scenario of what my garage door needed and I let him do what was needed and I didn’t have a problem with the cost because he said it will last a long time now, even though it’s guaranteed for a year. He said it’ll probably go 20 years. I just needed to pick a good company because couldn’t have fixed this door anyway, and the reviews were very good plus I did recognize one employee I knew when he was a younger man. And if Travis has trained several employees then that makes a great company. Thank you again Travis and precision garage door you have a great employee. Now I have the required two springs instead of one. And new cables bottom wheels, and some new bearings. hooray the door works so good now.

Travis was on time and very professional, he was able to diagnose the problem with the sensors and reviewed multiple options since our doors are about 12 years old. I had a wonderful experience beginning with the representative answering the phone, listening and understanding my request and explaining the process for either repairing the garage door and/or replacing the door. Travis was the representative who assisted in repairing my garage door. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, gave me scenarios for a Plan A or Plan B or C. He was very patient and took time to walk me through the process for the repairs. He was wonderful!!!! Give this man a promotion! The garage door repairs look and are working fantastically! I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Sacramento. The technician called ahead to let me know his ETA, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our 26-year-old garage door and clearly explained what needed to be fixed, lubricated, and replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation, which gave me confidence in the service. The only minor issue I encountered was the $69.95 service fee for the quote, which wasn't clearly stated when booking. However, I was pleased that the management addressed this and resolved it professionally afterward. My only suggestion would be to make that service fee more visible upfront during the booking process. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish — great service, great technician and a smoother garage door thanks to Precision!
