I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. I saw advertised Precision Garage Door and decided to give them a call. The add showed the staff doing the work and it wasn't a scripted add, which caught my attention. My call was answered quickly and they came out the next morning. When Parampreet arrived, he was very friendly, he did an inspection and gave me options along with costs before any work was started. Made an online appointment and was offered an appointment 3 hours later! Ended up booking for the next day.... Our technician Ahmed Elmenawy called with a 90 minute eta and arrived 89 minutes later. He performed a full inspection of my door and opener, identified the issue as some old and damaged wires, replaced them, cleaned up and departed less than an hour after arriving. Very professional, VERY polite and extremely pleasant gentleman. The cost was extremely reasonable and fully warrantied. I cannot recommend this company enough. Like their commercial says.....The Name You Can Trust!

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating. Ahmed did a very nice job in correcting the problems and stuck with it when he might have been able to cut corners. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and commitment to get it done right.

I had a torsion spring break on a Saturday night after 6. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The booking process was easy online and the fact they emailed me the tech who was assigned was very helpful. Ahmed showed up early, described the options for the work. Examined the door and provided good preventative maintenance tips. He was very efficient with his time finished the job promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. Superb service. My garage door had needed attention for some time. I saw a Precision Garage Door Service ad at 12:30, and by 2:30 the same day, new springs were installed, and the door was operating perfectly! It was not inexpensive, but it was worth every penny to have it fixed so quickly and effectively. The technician, Ahmed Elmenawy was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
