I had a torsion spring break on a Saturday night after 6. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The booking process was easy online and the fact they emailed me the tech who was assigned was very helpful. Ahmed showed up early, described the options for the work. Examined the door and provided good preventative maintenance tips. He was very efficient with his time finished the job promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. However in the future (when I get money to get it fixed 100%) we will request Ahmed with this company. Thank you my man!

Of course, it was an emergency, with both cars trapped when the spring broke (again). Precision was able to schedule a visit in a few hours and Ahmed was on site as planned. He did a complete check of the door, provided detailed explanation of the situation and offered tiered options. He had all the parts on hand, and was able to get us back on line. When I booked an appointment to have our garage door looked at, I was told the service call would be $35, as it was half off their ordinary $70 charge. At the inspection, the man gave me a quote of $2300 something to fix the door. I told him I'd think about it and talk it over with my wife. He then charged me $70. I asked about the 1/2 off special, and he said that only applies if we have them do the repairs. I called the office to ask why I wasn't told this stipulation, and got nothing much of an explanation. I called another company, and they gave me a price of $625 to fix the door, and didn't charge anything as an "inspection fee." I'd advise anyone to get multiple quotes, to compare companies.

That is not ok, and we apologize. We like to have happy customers, as a courtesy we will rebate back the $69.95 to your Visa # ending with 6970. Just to clarify...for us to just come out it's $69.95 every time. If you decided on our service, we discount by 50% to $34.95 + whatever the cost for parts & labor will be. If the customer chooses to not move forward with our quotes, then we charge the full $69.95. We are happy you were able to get your door repaired at a cost you felt comfortable with. We are not the most expensive company out there, and we are not the cheapest (we do not want to be), but we do try and be very professional. Your decision to do research after we provided a quote is ideal for all customers, that way they feel best moving forward with their decision. We do not put pressure on our customers. I was desperate to get my car out of the garage after the coil broke and bent the frame that carried the chain drive. Ahmed came to my rescue and performed an outstanding job correcting my problem. He identified and explained everything that was needed and why. Although a costly fix, what could I expect from a forty year old motor and frame? I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome.

Important note is the pricing for parts. The technician was going to re-install a cable that jumped loose. I wanted to purchase 2 new cables. The price was over $500. The cost to re-install the exiting cable was $140. The amount of work he performed to install the cable was no more than if they were 2 new cables. I would have paid the additional $60 for two new cables ( 5X home depot price). I would also included two spools for at least 4X home depot price. The final cost would have been $250. Instead you sold no parts, and that lost my recommendation and 5 stars.
