We purchased our “new home” recently. Today we had the pleasure of having Ahmed Elmenawy from Precision Garage Doors service our 30 year old garage doors that had not been maintained properly for many years. Ahmed was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions and concerns. He explained several options and gave us his no pressure recommendation. Ahmed did a great job first diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener and then trying to fix it. When that didn't work and it was determined we needed to replace our 14-year-old opener, we were surprised he actually had a heavy-duty one on his truck. Ahmed explained everything, showing both of us the operation. Ahmed even offered to cut up the iron pieces from our old system - of course we let him -- and put the motor and them into the garbage bins. He swept the floor even though we told him it wasn't necessary. Ahmed is an excellent representative of Precision Door and we recommend him highly! We especially appreciated Precision Door Service's great service because we had called the garage door company we have always used the Monday before and in the 5 days following got only excuses on why it was not being done.

Made an online appointment and was offered an appointment 3 hours later! Ended up booking for the next day.... Our technician Ahmed Elmenawy called with a 90 minute eta and arrived 89 minutes later. He performed a full inspection of my door and opener, identified the issue as some old and damaged wires, replaced them, cleaned up and departed less than an hour after arriving. Very professional, VERY polite and extremely pleasant gentleman. The cost was extremely reasonable and fully warrantied. I cannot recommend this company enough. Like their commercial says.....The Name You Can Trust!

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating. My springs broke on a Saturday. On Sunday. Ahmed was here to get my door working again. He very patiently explained how my door and opener worked and what type of maintenance I should do on my own to help keep it working. That was before he even provided me with a series of estimates, which were very easy to understand. I definitely learned more about garage doors than ever before. I felt like I got my money's worth from Precision and will be a customer for as long as I own my home.
