I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

Our two car garage door was noisy when going up and down. Ahmed, the technician arrived from Precision Doors. He evaluated the door and explained the problems and offered several options. His attitude was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he finished by cleaning both the door and floor. I would recommend Precision Doors to anyone.

Excellent quality work Expensive, but worth the service. Thoroughly ckd.the door, carefully reviewed parts needed and excellent clean up, which is difficult to find nowadays. Ahmed was always double checking and testing. He clearly explained issues and how to resolve it.

My garage door broke on a Sunday the guy that came out right away was already trying to upsell me thing I didn’t need. I told him I just need the spring fixed so he gave me a price so I agreed . After waking in and out and back to his truck 5 times he says he doesn’t have the right spring? He had already removed the broken one so again he tried to sell us other springs that were more expensive. We said no thanks so he left and he didn’t put the other spring back and didn’t leave until we paid him the $69.95 fee for coming out and leaving our garage unfinished I will never recommend this company to no one the next guy that came fixed it in 15 for a set price and didn’t try to upsell us stuff we didn’t need bad experience with this company be careful

My springs broke on a Saturday. On Sunday. Ahmed was here to get my door working again. He very patiently explained how my door and opener worked and what type of maintenance I should do on my own to help keep it working. That was before he even provided me with a series of estimates, which were very easy to understand. I definitely learned more about garage doors than ever before. I felt like I got my money's worth from Precision and will be a customer for as long as I own my home.

We purchased our “new home” recently. Today we had the pleasure of having Ahmed Elmenawy from Precision Garage Doors service our 30 year old garage doors that had not been maintained properly for many years. Ahmed was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions and concerns. He explained several options and gave us his no pressure recommendation. We came to an agreement on what we wanted done now and created a plan for future work that we will definitely request Ahmed to do for us. Ahmed is a perfectionist and his work was exceptional. I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. I have used Precision Garage Door twice now in the last year, for different issues. Both times their technicians arrived right on time and within an hour or so diagnosed and repaired the problem. They are courteous and helpful and explained their process every step of the way. I have their number taped right next to my garage door opener. I know who I will be calling should I have another problem. They are great.
