Ersell was very professional and courteous, to both me and my wife. We had requested a probable small electrical problem, which Ersell repaired and improved, and then he pointed out more serious mechanical issues with the door springs. He gave us options to make those repairs and we selected one. He undertook that repair right away, and the door now works perfectly. He clearly tinkered with the whole mechanism (including lubrication) until it worked correctly.

I called Precision and able to get same day appt. Ersell Williams was my tech, very professional and thorough with his explanation of what the problem was and the repairs needed. The quote was a fair price and he completed the job within 2 hours, garage door works better now than before needing the repair. Ersell came out to fix and adjust my garage door opener which was out of alignment and needed the limiters adjusted. This caused the door to begin sagging when open. The door made terrible noises and was jumping in it's track. Ersell knew right away and diagnosed the issue corrected it and showed me the issue I was having. Ersell could not have been more engaged and thorough. It was a pleasure to have a service tech that was dedicated to repairing and solving my issue. Precision is my new door company!! I called Precision Garage Door to fix what I thought was a broken door opener remote. When the technician, Ersell Williams, looked at my system, he saw that there was more wrong than just the remote. He was very professional and showed me the broken/worn parts of my 27 year old garage door opener. There was no doubt that it needed to be replaced. He then showed me several options to replace the system, what each option would consist of, and their prices. He came back the next day to install my new system and I'm very pleased with it. Ersell was knowledgable, fast, and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was really great. I'm sorry I don't have his name. He called, gave me a heads up, he was early and in his way. He was business like, and friendly too. It was so interesting and terrific that he loves this work. He explained things to me so carefully, he fixed something that he thought needed a little more attention, told me what that specific problem was, even though it was not an obvious issue when he gave me the estimate. It was great that he took the time and energy to do a thorough job, and to mitigate a potential problem in the future. Everything works fine now.
