Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.

From scheduling my appointment and the service that was done everything was excellent. The people were very courteous from the phone call to the installation. The service man was very self-explanatory. He told me everything that I need to know about the garage door opener. The service guy also made sure the door worked very properly. He did everything that a service person should do to make you feel comfortable about using them in the future. All the work that was done was excellent. I recommended this company to anyone. My garage door had completely stopped working. The technician arrived promptly, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and offered me ways to fix it. A little expensive but more than worth it. Found problems I would have never found until other major problems would have occurred. Anthony did a great job. Definitely use them again. The repair was great. Our door sounded like an elephant opening and closing. Now very quiet. He did a very good job in a short time. Showed up on time, very personable went beyond what Anthony had to do. Extremely happy. Definitely will use them again.

I saw advertised Precision Garage Door and decided to give them a call. The add showed the staff doing the work and it wasn't a scripted add, which caught my attention. My call was answered quickly and they came out the next morning. When Parampreet arrived, he was very friendly, he did an inspection and gave me options along with costs before any work was started.
