I needed a garage door repair. My son recommended Precision Garage Door. He used them about a month ago in the Bay Area and was extremely satisfied. I called Ersell Williams came the very next day. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. He installed new, springs, rollers, garage door opener along with servicing everything in a little over two hours. I’m very satisfied, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors????????

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

We needed new openers installed. Brandon was an amazing technician. We hire a company for their skill, knowledge and customer support he did not disappoint. We had a few cracked hinges from age, which he also replaced. Great service, fast response and so far we love the new product.

Wow!...called last night and they were here at 8 this morning. Robert Taylor was very helpful in explaining the issues we had with our main garage door. Lots of little things and some parts replaced and Wow! again. It works smoothly and quieter than before. They use high quality replacement parts that Robert replaced. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. We will be sure to use them again if we need service for our garage door.

We had an emergent need. A spring broke and we couldn't even manually open our door to go to work. We called and were promised a technician between 2 and 4 the same day. Brandon was able to get there sooner than that and was able to get our garage door up and running! He found some impending issues as well and mitigated them. He also showed us how to do appropriate maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He explained everything well and we were very happy with the service we received!

Precision Garage Door did an amazing job replacing my old opener with a brand new one! Within a couple of hours of my initial call, Brandon was able to get over to my home earlier than expected. He instantly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and laid out all my options. He also made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before he left. I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.
