Caleb Winchester called with an ETA, showed up on time. Upon arrival explained what would be involved for the repair and went over the cost and preformed a nice clean installation, made sure everything was working smooth, clean up and hauled away all the bad parts. It was nice to just have someone show up on time and on the same day the repair was needed.

My name is Cathy and my husband Mike and I are seniors trying to navigate all the expenses flying our way when we experienced trouble with our older Garage door we worried about the expense. We found Precision Garage Door pretty quickly because of their Excellent Reviews so we're adding to their outstanding reputation with the work they did for us today 2/2/26. Technician Caleb showed up early and he immediately began assessing our situation. He listened to what we were experiencing and thinking it was our Garage door opener not our garage door. Another technician showed up Mitchel to lend a hand. Caleb explained everything that was wrong with our old garage door that was preventing our fairly new electric door opener from working properly. We had questions and they had answers and were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and of what parts, options and plans that could work for us. We are grateful for their patience and Caleb came with a Big Smile and a Fully Loaded Parts Truck now that was impressive these days for us! As changes were made we were constantly informed and given any possible discount possible and we appreciated that and their honestly very much. Everything is replaced on our 30 year old garage door because I expressed being worried that remaining old parts could cause problems so now we have replaced all parts to our garage door with high quality parts and believe me there's a Big Difference in quality parts out there! We had the best Technicians Caleb and Mitchel and a Company Precision Garage Door Service that stands by their work Thank You Both we appreciate your service today.

Moises Lopez-Reyes appeared on schedule and succinctly explained the installation process, along with potential hiccups: the direct drive motor might not fit cause the solar battery installation used valuable real estate. It turned out that it didn’t fit but they had a solution: the ceiling mounted traditional drive. Moises was training Fernando in the installation process; the entire process took just over four hours to complete. Clean-up was well done. Moises took us through the ins-and-outs of the new system, including how to realign the motion detector should they get knocked. We are pleased and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a garage door fix or replacement.

Great experience. Customer service was top notch. Our service technician, Nicholas Schwinger was friendly and knowledgeable. He noticed right away the main problem was a broken spring and other causes that led to the breakage. Repairs were completed promptly and we were back in action.

We had a spring on our door break and couldn’t get the cars out of the garage. Discovered this at 6:00 a.m. and called thinking we would get a voicemail or answering service at best. They actually answered the call at 6:00 a.m. and had a technician out to our house by 8:45 a.m. They sent a confirmation of the technician that was coming and a picture of him so we knew who to expect and he called when he was 10 minutes from arriving. He was very friendly and competent and had the door operating within an hour and a half. They didn’t try to upsell or charge us outrageously although replacing the springs etc. are not cheap. Great service and we would definitely call them again.

Andre came out to give an estimate which was fine but was able to do the install too which was great. Price was high for parts and labor. Could have done it via HD for about half the price including labor. It’s on me though for not doing the research before agreeing to the price.

The spring broke on my garage door. Scheduled a maintenance visit on line and they had plenty of openings. Received notification that the technician was on his way and I could track his location and eta. Jesus arrived and inspected the door and provided a few options to repair. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things as he worked. He definitely wanted to get things perfect as he completed the job, which I really appreciated.
