Yesterday my garage door opener stopped working at the end of the day after business hours. I tried all the troubleshooting and inevitably went online and made an appointment for Precision Garage Door Service to respond and get it repaired/replaced. Holy Cow, Caleb Winchester, the Tech Associate responded FIRST THING THE NEXT MORNING PER MY TIME REQUEST. IT WAS FABULOUS! Caleb explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. It was determined that I needed a new Garage Door Opener. He so efficiently and QUICKLY had me back to business in no time. Again, he explained EVERYTHING and got me back to a functioning garage door/opener/closer. THANKS SO MUCH CALEB. I totally appreciated your exemplary Professionalism, explaining and demonstrating everything for me. You even went ABOVE AND BEYOND to quickly pair my unit with my car. One of my garage doors cables came off the roller. I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician the same day! Antonio Mendoza was prompt and gave me a 30 minute heads up prior to arriving. He was very kind and respectful, he patiently evaluated the system, and performed very clean work. He went above and beyond, checking the entire system, as opposed to just focusing on the problem. He took his time, fixed the problem, and double checked his work. He even took the time to apply grease and spray onto my other garage door that did not have any problems to ensure it continued to function well. I am very appreciative of his timely service and great work! Highly recommend Antonio for any of your garage door needs!

Brandon and Gabriel provided outstanding service from the initial consultation to installation to a follow up visit to address very minor issues with garage door. We live in San Francisco and needed a custom garage door for a small, old Victorian home. We were willing to go with a custom wood door, but were encouraged to go with an insulated steel door for safety and maintenance reasons, even though the recommended steel door was half the cost. The honesty, integrity, and professionalism of both gentlemen was very much appreciated. Terrific experience all around.

Just had a new state of the art garage door opener installed. In addition had some much needed upgrades, retrofits & new hardware installed to the door itself. The technician (huge shout out to Caleb) was able to do all that work inspite of my garage being fairly cluttered.
