Excellent customer and professional service. Unfortunately I had to deal with broken garage door opener on a Saturday night. I was wondering who would be open to fix my garage door on the weekend with little notice. I searched through Google and came upon Precision Garage Door. I couldn't believe the website said they are available 24 hours. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day with a morning appointment. I didn't expect a quick response via text on a confirmation of my appointment and specific instructions on what needs to be done prior to their visit, a description on what the technician will wear to identify themself as an employee of the company. Prior to the technician arriving I received a text from Precision Garage with the technician name (Caleb) and his arrival time. Caleb arrived at our home and assessed the issue on our garage door opener. He stated he was able to repair the problem but my husband and I wanted to look into possibly replacing the unit since it was already 24 years old. Caleb was very professional and explained to us the various models from Liftmaster, horsepower, chain vs cable that would work best with our garage door. He explained what needed to be replaced now and possibly in the future. Since we decided to make the investment with our double car garage, why not replace the single car door opener too. I was expecting to schedule another appointment for install but he said no need. He had the needed supplies to replace both units. I couldn't believe. He was able to install both garage door openers in 4 hours. The work was done professionally and clean. He was able to explain how each unit works, the special features it has and how to operate it. Thank you Caleb for the excellent installation and taking the time to explain to us in detail what each unit can do besides opening and closing the garage door. Overall, Precision Garage Door is wonderful company to work with to address your garage door needs.

Bashir arrived on time. Took time to explain the options necessary to put the garage door in a safe working condition. The repair took about 4 hours to complete. But Bashir was open and patient to explain each step of the process. Overall it was a pleasant experience. And the best part is the garage door is now very safe and excellent condition!!

It was one of the worst experience that I ever had. "The Technician" came and expend 1 hr. writing an estimate to sell me a new garage door. I only need it a small bracket that broke. When I told him to just replace the bracket which it cost $5.00, He told me that it will be $300 to replace it. I asked him to explain me why $300 and He couldn't justify the charges ( when the bracket was only $5.00 and it took him 7 minutes to replaced ). He started to tell me that the charge was for his gasoline, time, his knowledge and because it was on a Saturday afternoon. I will absolutely never Recommend, call or use them ever again.

They cleaned up after the work was complete and they demonstrated what they had done and the operation of the door. My tech today was Paul Brinkman Paul communicated well prior to his arrival, was punctual, an expert on the solution I needed and completed the work right in time. Our spring broke on one side of our heavy wooden double car garage door. Paul replaced both springs, drums for the cable, new cables, rollers and even did a tune up across the door. Bolts tightened and shored up parts of the door that were splitting, stuff like that. I would recommend to anyone looking for garage door repair. Thank you for your help today Paul, you are awesome!

Although I appreciate the promptness and the excellent service provided fixing the garage door, but, as retiree home owner with fixed income, next time the garage door needs to be repaired, I will spend some time looking for a company that providing good service, nevertheless, is less expensive.

The appointment process was very smooth and efficient. On the morning of the appointment, Travis came and walked me through several options for replacement of our old unit and how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. He set up all of the remotes and walked me through how to use the app on my phone to control the door. After he left, I tried to program an old remote and accidentally reset the whole system. I called Travis and he returned to personally to reset all of the remotes including the old one that I thought I could do myself. Travis is the best! If the were six stars, that would be my rating.
