Precision was very responsive. The schedule app was easy to use, fast and correct on the day and time of the service noted. Nick was the technician. Nick was friendly and professional. He gave me a variety of options after his total inspection. The repair was completed in timely manner as stated. The process from start to finish was great and met all of my expectations. I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. However in the future (when I get money to get it fixed 100%) we will request Ahmed with this company. Thank you my man!

Our garage door broke yesterday (Sat.) evening, I called Precision's call center and was able to get an appointment for today. Brandon came to the house at the scheduled time to determine the cause of the garage door failure and gave an estimate of what was needed to fix the door. Brandon answered all my questions, explained in detail the parts that needed to be replaced. He was friendly, very professional, and provided excellent service.

Brandon Taylor was assigned to our maintenance request and even called ahead to request permission to arrive a bit early; to which we readily agreed. After examining our 20 y.o. opener (which was not up to code, btw), we both agreed a new opener was probably in order. He explained the alternative opener choices, including pros & cons of each and the pricing options (including a veteran's discount). Installing the new opener, Brandon worked quickly and efficiently. He was, at all times, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We live in a senior community with over 900 homes. If someone asks me if I know a good garage door repair company, Precision will be my First and Only recommendation.

Nathaniel was very professional and explained that we that our noisy issue was not the garage door opener, but the 27yr old parts and the wrong size spring (prior quick fix) that was the cause. we now have quiet garage door and saved money too.

Of course, it was an emergency, with both cars trapped when the spring broke (again). Precision was able to schedule a visit in a few hours and Ahmed was on site as planned. I was expecting only that someone would fix the part that was keeping me from lowering the door. I had no idea that he would come equipped to do a full overhaul on a Saturday evening. Nathaniel replaced all the moving parts and made everything work like new. We are thrilled! Nathaniel did a wonderful job of explaining what he was going to do and why. It was also a pleasure to have him around.
