I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. Made an online appointment and was offered an appointment 3 hours later! Ended up booking for the next day.... Our technician Ahmed Elmenawy called with a 90 minute eta and arrived 89 minutes later. He performed a full inspection of my door and opener, identified the issue as some old and damaged wires, replaced them, cleaned up and departed less than an hour after arriving. Very professional, VERY polite and extremely pleasant gentleman. The cost was extremely reasonable and fully warrantied. I cannot recommend this company enough. Like their commercial says.....The Name You Can Trust!

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating. I had a torsion spring break on a Saturday night after 6. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The booking process was easy online and the fact they emailed me the tech who was assigned was very helpful. Ahmed showed up early, described the options for the work. I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. Ahmed was very professional and did a thorough safety evaluation of both my garage doors. Once finished, he explained specifically what he found and options to fix the problem. He was not at all trying to sell me. He simply stated what he found. Precision Door and Ahmed are First Class. It repairman like Ahmed that takes thete time to explain the job and do it right the first time. Ahmed gets an A+. Thank you Ahmed for what you do !!!
