Brandon Taylor was assigned to our maintenance request and even called ahead to request permission to arrive a bit early; to which we readily agreed. After examining our 20 y.o. opener (which was not up to code, btw), we both agreed a new opener was probably in order. He explained the alternative opener choices, including pros & cons of each and the pricing options (including a veteran's discount). Installing the new opener, Brandon worked quickly and efficiently. He was, at all times, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We live in a senior community with over 900 homes. If someone asks me if I know a good garage door repair company, Precision will be my First and Only recommendation.

Brandon Taylor was not only early for the appointment, but was very professional and helpful also in programming a remote for my Liftmaster garage door. He not only gave me a 50% discount on the service charge, but also showed me step by step how to program the remote so I could do so if need to in the future. He also checked my garage door and advised me on how to maintain it with a garage door oil spray. He was very friendly and professional. A delight to interact with.

The company commercials made me happy. I liked what they said about safety and commitment to have my service needs met! The first person I met was phone customer service. They worked with me above and beyond. They fit me in when I was sure they would not be able to. The gentleman that arrived was clean, neat, precise and on point. He covered the requirements with ease! He explained to me the situation without making me feel less then. He was able to find and fix the problem within a few minutes time. Better then I could ever do safely on my own. He was able to share with me other things I could do with my garage door that could help in the future. I will be making another appointment to address those issues. Then to make things even better... the company reached out after to make sure I was happy with the services provided!! The gentleman who serviced my garage doors was polite, efficient, and helpful. He gave me three choices for service. I selected the one for $1004.88 which included changing all rollers, among other services. He also helped me to program my doors in conjunction with my car, allowing me to utilize that feature after 18 months of owning the vehicle. This company is ridiculously overpriced. My husband is a contractor and immediately knew 1800+ to replace a spring was a rip-off. We can get a whole new door for that. The technician was nice but what a waste of $70 for a service call to find out these guys are scammers
