My husband has seen advertisement on TV. Saturday planning trip to Apple Hill. Pulled car out of garage, and door stuck half opened when closing. Called Precision and dispatch set window tech btwn 12:30-4:30pm. Nathaniel showed up around 2:30pm. Excellent Service, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable about what the problem (cable snapped etc). Replaced all moving parts. Work great, quite, smooth and precise. Big thank you to Nathaniel!

My garage door had completely stopped working. The technician arrived promptly, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and offered me ways to fix it. He was done installing a new motor and rollers in no time. He examined well how to use the new equipment. I am very happy with my door and the service I received.

Service technician was very helpful and the job was done quickly. The service repair rates are extremely high. I had to approve the repair because it was the weekend. The invoice didn't show the 5% Military discount as I served back in the late 70's.

Just want to comment that Andrey did an excellent job fixing my garage door that had a broken spring. He replaced it with two springs since it is a doublewide door and replaced a number of rollers plus lubricating things. So he needs to receive 5 star rating on the great job he did. Jerry Hudson

The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I called Precision this morning because they were recommended by a friend. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and, in a few minutes, the person who took my call was able to schedule someone to my home at a time block of my choosing. Also, she was very clear about the initial cost so there would be no surprises. The Technician, Nathaniel Lapidez, arrived on time, inspected and tested the door and clearly explained what the problem was and what I need to have done in order to end up with a working garage door. Nathaniel did the installation, programmed all the remotes and answered all my questions.

Nathaniel was very professional and explained that we that our noisy issue was not the garage door opener, but the 27yr old parts and the wrong size spring (prior quick fix) that was the cause. we now have quiet garage door and saved money too.
