He was done installing a new motor and rollers in no time. He examined well how to use the new equipment. I am very happy with my door and the service I received.

I had 2 of my 3 doors go out over the wknd and was happy to find a service availible on the wknd, They were on time and the technition was very nice,thorough and did an excellent job. The price seemed a litttle high but I discovered that all the parts are top quality and the increased price seemed justified.

Service technician was very helpful and the job was done quickly. The service repair rates are extremely high. I had to approve the repair because it was the weekend. The invoice didn't show the 5% Military discount as I served back in the late 70's.

Just want to comment that Andrey did an excellent job fixing my garage door that had a broken spring. He replaced it with two springs since it is a doublewide door and replaced a number of rollers plus lubricating things. So he needs to receive 5 star rating on the great job he did. Jerry Hudson

The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I called Precision this morning because they were recommended by a friend. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and, in a few minutes, the person who took my call was able to schedule someone to my home at a time block of my choosing. Also, she was very clear about the initial cost so there would be no surprises. The Technician, Nathaniel Lapidez, arrived on time, inspected and tested the door and clearly explained what the problem was and what I need to have done in order to end up with a working garage door. Nathaniel did the installation, programmed all the remotes and answered all my questions.

Very nice, efficient and Nate the technician was great. I called them with a garage door issue that needed solving quickly because it wouldn't close. I was expecting only that someone would fix the part that was keeping me from lowering the door. I had no idea that he would come equipped to do a full overhaul on a Saturday evening. Nathaniel was very professional and explained that we that our noisy issue was not the garage door opener, but the 27yr old parts and the wrong size spring (prior quick fix) that was the cause. we now have quiet garage door and saved money too.
