Hey there, my name is Ryan Espinoza, and I am 33 years old. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and I am bilingual in English and Spanish. My hobbies are fixing and riding bikes or playing music on my guitar. I have worked on all types of overhead doors for the past three years. I decided to take my door skills to Precision garage door‘s to help people with their garage door needs such as broken springs, crash door, and burnt out motors. Ryan did a great job installing our replacement garage door opener! The service was also great. Called on Sat. around 1:00 p.m. and he came out that afternoon, checked out the problem, said the opener was toast, gave me the prices for a new opener and then installed it. You can't get better service. Great Job and very friendly !!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I had seen the advertisement on TV. When my garage door opener suddenly wasn't working I called them first. They arranged service immediately and the technician arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. I received a confirmation email immediately with a picture of the service tech, and a confirmation phone call from the service tech letting me know when he would arrive. We both looked over the entire garage door opener system, agreed on the parts that had to be replaced (new opener, cables, automatic opener and more) he let me know how long the repairs and replacements would take to complete and he proceeded and completed everything as promised.The tech was professional, left my garage neat and clean, and I couldn't be happier with the new garage door opener. From the person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Ryan Espinoza, the service technician, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Ryan was very personable, polite, and attentive to my description of my garage door problem. I greatly appreciated his professional appearance and genuine interest is addressing my issue. I also appreciated the e-mail I received from Freddy Cespedes prior to Ryan's arrival, with Ryan's picture and thanking me for making the appointment. This company gets zero stars. I called because one of the springs broke. They wasted my time and $69.95 for a worthless service call. The technician said I needed "special" springs and that they were $500 each. He also said he needed to replace the bearings and the rollers for the cables. All told, he quoted me $1500, and he said it would take four days just to get the parts. I then called Sacramento Overhead Door, they were great. They arrived Monday morning, and had the springs I needed. They replaced BOTH springs for $466.

The technician was more interested in selling me a brand new garage door for $4000.00, than fixing my complain on the garage door opener, needs a new battery. Will Never use this company again.
