Initially impressed by TV commercials, then impressed how professionally my call was answered. I have used various door companies in the past, but have never been treated as professionally as I was on this first phone contact and by the schedule acknowledgement email that included the name (Andrey) and bio of the person who would be coming to my house. Andrey arrived at the time he said he would and listened patiently to my description of the problem. He surveyed the system and quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a fix and services. He completed all work efficiently and professionally. A good man!!! I will never call anyone else to service my garage door.

Thank you for a quick and easy response and repair to our garage door opener! I live out of the area so I was very relieved and happy to be able to schedule a same day appointment. Ryan Espinoza, the service technician, courteously called before arriving. He assessed the situation, then clearly explained repair options. He shared his knowledge and experience in answering my questions to help me decide which option was best for me. He also explained the importance of some regular maintenance tasks. I feel confident that the repair was handled correctly by a friendly and competent technician like Ryan!

The spring on our garage door snapped in half and I called Precision. They were out the following day and Brandon was our technician. He was amazing, professional, very thorough and took the time to show me tricks to make my door last longer. I had a great experience and would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed work done.

Andrey did a good job in repairing my broken Spring on the rolling garage door. Got the job done in couple hours time frame with quality work. He also gave a good advice in replacing some relate hardware to make the door mechanism works smoother and quieter.

Precision Garage Door of Sacramento was all that it was advertised to be. From my first call, having a live person that was very helpful in arranging my appointment to receiving a call from the technician on the estimated arrival time Brandon Taylor, the tech assigned was very knowledgeable and explained all the problems that may be occurring. After agreeing to the best solution, Brandon did the work needed in an efficient and timely manner, fully explaining all of the functions of our new opener.

The technician was really great. I'm sorry I don't have his name. He called, gave me a heads up, he was early and in his way. He was business like, and friendly too. It was so interesting and terrific that he loves this work. He explained things to me so carefully, he fixed something that he thought needed a little more attention, told me what that specific problem was, even though it was not an obvious issue when he gave me the estimate. It was great that he took the time and energy to do a thorough job, and to mitigate a potential problem in the future. Everything works fine now.

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

I called Precision and able to get same day appt. Ersell Williams was my tech, very professional and thorough with his explanation of what the problem was and the repairs needed. The quote was a fair price and he completed the job within 2 hours, garage door works better now than before needing the repair. I would recommend Ersell to anyone who needs a repair or new garage door. Very happy with the experience.

Ersell came out to fix and adjust my garage door opener which was out of alignment and needed the limiters adjusted. This caused the door to begin sagging when open. The door made terrible noises and was jumping in it's track. Ersell knew right away and diagnosed the issue corrected it and showed me the issue I was having. Ersell could not have been more engaged and thorough. It was a pleasure to have a service tech that was dedicated to repairing and solving my issue. Precision is my new door company!! Thanks Ersell!!!

Our garage door came unsprung this morning (Sunday) and we were unable to close the door. I called Precision based on other reviews. Within 2 hours Brandon arrived and fixed all of the issues. He showed me why I need things replaced soon instead of just trying to sell me things that are not even broken.
