The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. I was given 3 options for the work and opted for the 3rd option because my garage door is very old and I have been lucky it lasted as long as it has without needing more repairs. They also take credit cards which I considered a plus.

i was taken financial advantage of ! technician replaced 2 sensors $435.00 technician quoted $2,100 for new unit just bought Costco’s new garage opener for $214.00 has battery backup, 1 1/4hp belt drive, camera and video key pad for the phone. i don’t mind paying for quality service but this was just wrong! going to have another company install new unit….what a waste !

We had a new garage door opener replaced two months ago by Precision Garage Door. We were very happy with our service at that time. Then, we had a little problem with our opener and were able to receive service in a very timely manner. John arrived at our house and went above and beyond to help us. He first diagnosed what was causing the problems. Then, he helped us set up the app on our phones to improve the efficiency of this opener. All of this was completed in a patient and confident manner. John obviously is knowledgeable about his products, but was willing to extend our knowledge to maximize the value of the opener. My garage door opener was broken and Nick came out to take a look at it. I need a new opener and rollers. Nick had everything on his truck and had it done in under the time he said it would take. I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

We are very happy with the same day response time. Brandon fixed the steel cables that come off the wheels that transfer the energy from the springs to move the garage door up and down. As a preventative measure replaced the track wheels. The garage door working normally.

He was on time for the appointment, explained and provided suggestions on what was the best way to fix our issue. He had all the equipment needed to replace everything on the same day which was a nice surprise for us. It only took 2 hrs. from time of estimate to time of job completion. Everything works great, nice repaired quiet door. Purchased the following, 218 Standard Black, 218 Standard red, ORB Bracket-operator arm bracket, loose Bearing-Knockout bearing, 81602W chain opener w/battery back-up-1/2 HP chain motor, 1R, 893 Max-remote, for reasonable price.
